I spoke to a lady named Becky, who was very professional, quick and efficient. And most importantly, she listened to me. My child unfortunately has been bullied at a school that she has attended for only 28 days. After listening to Becky, I was given some information that is very useful. I know sometimes when we call and try and speak to an attorney/legal assistant and it seems that nobody cares. But the experience that I just received, I can tell you that Becky truly cares. If anyone is willing to spend their free time out of their day and give you recommendations without even paying them anything speaks volumes. I would highly recommend reaching out to Becky, if you or your family encounters bullying at school because it’s not ok. I am giving Becky 5 starts for everything that you did this morning.
