The team in Henderson were truly exceptional. Ethan, Faith and the rest of the Ballstaedt team really helped guide us through the process. They were professional, extremely friendly, took the time to answer all of our questions, of which I ask a lot of, and most of all a pleasure to do business with. They were also very responsive when I needed to contact them for something.
Even though bankruptcy is not a fun process and a difficult decision to make, they made it seem very easy.
To say I highly recommend them would be a major understatement.

Everyone in the firm was kind, professional, and helped me go through a very difficult experience with complete confidence. Filing for bankruptcy can be very intimidating but thanks to Ball Bankruptcy I was able to file and relieve the anxiety and stress debt was causing me. I can't thank them enough!

My appointment was 6/7/2021 at 3:30 I sat in a cold office for 15 minutes to finally met with the Attorney ( Ethan Fratherstone) whom I thought was very cold dismissive he seemed very frustrated when I would ask questions like he didn't even want to be there I didn't retain Ballstaedt for other reason but if I would had I would have definitely asked for a different Attorney horrible and uncomfortable situation especially when you n need of legal advice 🤔

This team is nothing short of amazing.
I started a chapter 13 process on February 2020, they walked me through the whole process with such ease, brevity and constant communication from their office.
A year later, my case has been completed, discharged and my financial future has never been better.

I was really nervous about filing bankruptcy the staff that I was a contact with made me feel very comfortable made the process very easy!!!
I would definitely recommend them for filing your bankruptcy!!

Incredibly helpful through EVERY step of my bankruptcy. I had multiple questions before, during, and after my BK and every question was always answered quickly and thoroughly. All of the employees, including Trish, Dasi, and Genovie, went above and beyond in my dealings with them. It definitely helped getting my credit on the right track with with the payments for my BK being reported as on time payments to the credit agencies. Highly recommend this law firm and their team of employees to anyone that needs their services.
