I had a really great experience with Ballstaedt Law. Start to finish it was a easy process given how huge this decision is to make in the first place. I never had any issues asking questions with immediate responses. Everyone was friendly, helpful and I felt confident I chose the right law firm to do my bankruptcy. The process was also very fast, I was scheduled during the "stay in place" order and they were very informative to me so I didn't feel left in the dark on what steps needed to be done and how to do them. Really overall just very pleased with my experience. Thank you!

I filed 4 years ago in 2016. Since then my life been so much better. Now in 2020 im buying a house, and needed copies of the paperwork to show the bankruptcy and they provided them to me in less than 1 hr. Very professional and well worth the money. Thanks

I attempted for years to resolve and pay off my credit cards. When a job loss and a huge pay cut happened things went from bad to worse. I used my entire savings account, attempted to work the the companies to lower my payments and they all refused to help. After much thought and talking to some very close people I was given Ballsteadt Law info to explore bankruptcy. I have to say everyone has been super helpful, my initial contact with Siohbon to my calls or emails to the office have been amazing and supportive. Siohbon made me feel better about this decision and not feel badly. My hearing was via a call due to the whole Covid19 pandemic and that was easy. I answered the questions, I was told it was approved and the call was done. For the first time in years I am not overwhelmed with how to pay the bills, and decide what to pay bills, or chose between food and my medications. THANK YOU all for giving me a fresh start in my life.

I'm grateful for the zero down process however, if I could do it all over I would choose a law firm that has time for there clients.Your treated as a number and to be honest the money I have to pay back is not worth it.i recommend only if you pay up front the zero down is a blessing and a curse.
