Ballstaedt Law Firm has been phenomenal from the beginning. They actually assisted me with three separate issues: immediate halt to a unexpected wage garnishment, file bankruptcy, and credit repair. One of my biggest concerns was that I would be ineligible to purchase a home for many years after the Chpt 7. However, after following their online 720Credit rebuilding program nearly to the letter, I closed on a beautiful 3 bdrm house two years later as my attorney said was possible. (Credit score was back in the low 700s within twenty four months after bk to qualify for a VA.) Without the friendly lawyers at Ballstaedt's Summerlin office, none of this would've been possible.

I am in the process of buying a home. I had let two go in the economy crash and filed BK Chapter 7 which was discharged in 2008. This new lender had been giving me grief. I needed confirmation that the old home was in fact included in BK and that the debt was not reaffirmed. How do you prove something didn't happen? Mary was very friendly and helpful. She understood my situation and the challenges of buying a home these days. She had similar experiences with other clients. She was quick to help me out with phone calls, emails and a letter to my prospective lender. I would highly recommend this firm and Mary. Great service is hard to come by these days. 5 stars!

I worked with Seth and Hannah to get my BK filed July of last year. They were more than happy to help and get things taken care of efficiently and very quickly.
