If there's anyone you want negotiating a loan modification on your behalf, it's Tony Locorriere @PandA Law Firm. I lost my job and fell way behind on my mortgage. The bank was both unsympathetic and unreasonable in their responses to my efforts at obtaining a loan mod. so I hired a well-known law firm but it wasn't long before I realized I was wasting time and money w/them. Got zero results and had about given up hope of saving our home from foreclosure. That's when I heard about PandA. By then I was ridiculously behind. Tony very quickly made sense of a complicated situation and got us our loan mod. cutting the previous payment to less than half. This, of course, took time but everything unfolded just the way Tony said it would. I found the entire staff there to be totally professional, friendly and stress free as well. Thanks again Tony...

Tanya and Judah helped me reduce my mortgage payments and were able to lower the principal balance and end up saving me a lot of money, AMAZING! They were also able to reduce the mortgage payments for my parents house in Florida and saved their home from foreclosure. Very good communication and fun to deal with. You never feel alone and they really come thru! Don't look further, there can't be a better law firm out there, trust me! Tanya, Judah and the rest of the team....You guys ROCK!

Before I realized I was going to have to short sell my home, I went to Judah and Peters and Associates to do a loan modification. Judah and his staff were VERY professional through the whole process. More importantly, even though I had a letter from Bank of America stating that they would NEVER modify my loan, Mr. Zakalik was able to get the job done and lowered my payment by more than $2500 per month! Now, I recommend that all of my friends who want to keep their homes head over to Judah at Peters and Associates. He's great!

I spoke with them regarding a short sale after speaking to a few other attorneys. I felt a little pressured to come in and sign a retainer. More so than that, the services being offered I found elsewhere for free. I didn't need an attorney for a short sale.
