We went to see Atty. X Peters when we went to Vegas and we were surprised that it was a short notice and he was available to meet with us. We have received the letter from B of A about the Department of Justice program saying that we qualify for a principal reduction. He saw the letter and told us that we will definitely get this program so we might not need his services, at that moment we saw his honesty that he iwas there to help. After months of submitting everything with B of A we were rejected, and we called him 5 days before the Trustee Sale, X and his staff worked double-time to save our home and after 4 months we finally received a phone call from his staff Tanya saying that we were approved for a loan modification with a principal reduction of $274,000. Wow! we cannot believe it, but one thing is for sure, this company knows what they are doing and they really help a lot of homeowners struggling to save their home. I will definitely recommend and my mother in-law's 5 family friends that she has referred to them had been helped. Thank God for X and his staff! They are awesome and professionals!!!!

I RAN INTO HARD TIMES AFTER A WORK INJURY AND COULD NO LONGER PAY MY CAR NOTE AS WELL AS A FEW OTHER MAJOR EXPENSES. THESE GUYS REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I FOLLOWED JUDAH'S INSTRUCTIONS AND REAPED THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A KNOWLEDGEABLE ADVOCATE ON MY SIDE. IF YOU LISTEN TO WHAT THEY ARE TELLING YOU TO DO, IT IS IN THEIR BEST INTEREST TO LEAD YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. NOW I SEND EVERYONE WHO NEEDS HELP TO JUDAH AND THE FOLKS AT PETERS AND ASSOCIATES!

Peter and Associates negotiated a rate reduction with Flagstar Bank on an investment property after my loan came due and after multiple failed attempts to refinance the loan with the bank. We have been battling with Bank of America regarding the modification of our home for 4 years, since our once thriving business (pool service) took a nose dive into the deep end with no water. Peters & Associates just ended that battle for us and WON. I mean they WON big time. We had Country Wide and then it went to Bank of America. We tried to modify, short sale, give it back...we didn't know what else to do. While in the short sale process Bank of America turned down 3 CASH offers for our home. They were threatening forclosure monthly. We had multiple sale dates for auction. Last year we went to Peters & Associates, on the recommendation of our neighbor who just received their modification and principle reduction because of PandA, and met with Judah. Judah listened to all of our concerns and helped us figure out our options. He and his team worked vigorously to get all of our documentation together. Every month Vorice would call and give us our list of documents that B of A was asking for. It seemed like such a hassle. We were so nervous not knowing if we were going to have to move or not. We received a FedEx package yesterday and we thought that it would be like every other FedEx we get from B of A (they want more paystubs, P&L, bank statements, blood, first born!!!) But it wasn't. And, here is the part that made my heart skip a beat, they dropped our principal down by the amount of $300,000.00! No need to blink your eyes, you read that right...$300,000.00. Because of Peters & Associates, not only do we get to keep our house but we get to keep our dreams alive. Thank you PandA for all of your hard work. We owe you something special for saving our home.

Thank you to Peters and Associates and Judah Zakalik for helping us save our home. They saved us over $300,000 in principal reduction and secured a loan modification with Chase bank. Prior to using Peters and Associates, Chase Bank was difficult to deal with and they wanted to foreclose on our home. The foreclosing procedure was stopped, the people of Peters and Associates were easy to do business with and they brought a passion to our situation in dealing with Chase that we were not abe to do. I highly recommend Peters and Associates to help you with a loan modification or foreclosure as they kept us in our home and reduced our monthly payment by $1950 a month.

My husband and myself have been working with Judah since the Start of the year. we had previously gone to another attorney firm who told us we could only file bankruptcy and advised us on other things we needed to do to set that up. Ultimate costing us more money and getting us in further trouble. Then sending us a bill $100 for a 5 minute conversation just clarifying what had been said. I have been using Peters & Associates going on four years.Soon after my father past my mother had financial difficulties,creditors did care about my mothers loss or her health which she just had a severe stroke.I called Mr. Zakalic and he assured me that he could help my mom save her house from forclosure and get the creditors off her back.Not only did he get the creditors off her back he got her loan modified by $600.Since then I have referred numorous family and friends to there firm and none have left dissatisfied.Thanks for your help and guidance in these hard times I know I can count on Peters & Associates......6/28/12

I WENT THOUGH JUDAH ZAKALIK CAUSE I NEEDED TO CLEAR OUT MY CREDIT CARD DEBT AND HAVE MY HOUSE MODIFIED.I ASKED JUDAH WHICH ONE SHOULD I DO FIRST GET MY HOUSE MODIFIED OR MY CREDIT CARD DEBT AND HE SAID THE CREDIT CARD DEBT THAT THERE WAS A LITTLE CHANCE OF LOSING THE HOUSE WELL A FEW WEEKS WENT BY AND I GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL SAYING THAT MY HOUSE IS GOING TO BE TAKING AWAY FOR NOT PAYING KEEP IN MIND JUDAH TOLD ME TO STOP PAYING THE HOUSE BILL.I WENT TO HIS OFFICE AND ASKED IF HE COULD GIVE ME SOME OF THE MONEY BACK OR ALL AND HE TOLD ME NO THAT I ALREADY SAW HIM 3-4 TIMES,I ONLY SAW HIM 2 TIMES.HE KNEW ABOUT THE HARDSHIP I WAS IN BUT HE SHOWED NO COMPASSION TOWARD ME.ON THERE WEB PAGE IT SAYS PANDA CARES IF THEY REALLY CARED JUDAH WOULD OF GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK BUT UNSTEAD I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF GETTING MY HOUSE TAKING AWAY.I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THEM AGAIN!!!
