My experience with Peters & Associates covers a period of eighteen months. In this time, we have completed five debt settlements, one short sale, and are currently working on mortgage modification. My husband and I want to thank Anthony Locorriere and Peters and Associates for all the help we received with our Home Modification . Our mortgage payments were so high and we're in fear of losing our home. With all the hard work and dedication of Anthony Locorriere, our montly payments were cut more than half, and our interest is very low. Now that our modification is completed, we are able to make our payments, save our home and most important sleep at night. Anthony Locorriere gave us peace of mind and our life back. If there's anyone you want negotiating a loan modification on your behalf, it's Tony Locorriere @PandA Law Firm. I lost my job and fell way behind on my mortgage. The bank was both unsympathetic and unreasonable in their responses to my efforts at obtaining a loan mod. so I hired a well-known law firm but it wasn't long before I realized I was wasting time and money w/them. Got zero results and had about given up hope of saving our home from foreclosure. That's when I heard about PandA. By then I was ridiculously behind. Tony very quickly made sense of a complicated situation and got us our loan mod. cutting the previous payment to less than half. This, of course, took time but everything unfolded just the way Tony said it would. I found the entire staff there to be totally professional, friendly and stress free as well. Thanks again Tony...

I usually don't write reviews but PandA deserves one! I used Peters & Associates for 2 loan modifications and they did a fantastic job! Tanya and Judah helped me reduce my mortgage payments and were able to lower the principal balance and end up saving me a lot of money, AMAZING! They were also able to reduce the mortgage payments for my parents house in Florida and saved their home from foreclosure. Very good communication and fun to deal with. You never feel alone and they really come thru! Don't look further, there can't be a better law firm out there, trust me! Tanya, Judah and the rest of the team....You guys ROCK!
