I don't care if you guys say this a fake review, I may not experience your business, however, one of my family members did. Therefore if I need a lawyer in the future it won't be by this company.

Scheduling our consult and the initial meeting were fine. Everyone was friendly and professional. We discussed the details of our trust/estate and were prepared to formally engage the firm. We were told that wasn't necessary, as the work was fairly routine, and we could sign/pay when the documents were ready. We provided all of the information requested of us, and they acknowledged receipt. That's the last I've heard from anyone. Over the next month, I've reached out several times to a staff member, as well as the attorney, for an update and received nothing in return. I even explained why it was somewhat time-sensitive, but that apparently didn't matter. I gave two stars because of the experience we had up until that point, but I can't honestly speak to the quality of the work, because it never happened. I never blame anyone for being busy; it's a good problem to have. I'm just grateful we dodged the bullet of unresponsive counsel now, rather than when we needed it or referred their services to someone we care about.

They don't explain all the fees. When you think you paid your stuff off BAM they find something else to charge you with without even letting you know they were gonna charge you with. Just like other lawyers they talk to you and get the story and act all interested. But after they get you to sign on the dotted line... It's over from there. We didn't respond to custody papers until last minute I had called multiple times asking. When I did have to sign I had to leave work because it was the last day I could sign. Then when we went to court my lawyer wasn't even prepared she came in 10 minutes before we had to go to court and had asked me the bare minimum so when we went in there. There was no preparation at all. She was blind sided when the others lied about me. She would've probably won my restraining order if she was more prepared 🤦🏽‍♀️ waste of money I swear.

I had the good fortune of being referred to Amanda Roberts years ago. She has been my attorney for 7 years. Every court appearance she has been meticulous, punctual and prepared for every trial, motion, discovery and etc. She always gave me her honest opinion and what she thought was best in my situation. Her office staff is always professional and helpful whenever needed. She is the best and I am so grateful for everything she has done for me.

Doesn’t respond to clients. Files things late (including the afternoon of a hearing when the hearing was in the morning)! Doesn’t bother to familiarize himself with your case. Doesn’t file very crucial evidence properly so it gets thrown out in court. After you lose and your life is ruined at a trial you don’t hear from him for two months. When it’s too late to appeal or anything! Doesn’t call witnesses that he says multiple times he wants added to the list of witness! I could go on and on about all the mistakes made that in turn cause us to lose our case and now have to pay the other party’s $30,000 in attorney fees! Only use this guy if you want to lose!

Firstly sir, your choice of words that you used in your response typing a" fake" review had me feeling very offended. If You believe that the review is "fake" why would you respond so ignorantly ,so aggressive. It truly baffles me. But it was a mistake on my part not a FAKE ok sir. But I will leave the rating because now it's no mistake. Enjoy today everyday.
