When I first talked with Melvin he didn't sugar coat anything. I'm a 47 year old man going through a divorce, and child custody. My x-wife wrote false allegations of abuse on her, and my kids by me. What she wrote was so bad that I actually threw up while reading her statement. I had a lawyer previous to Melvin that sat on her thumbs, and only called when the 5,000 dollar retainer got close to 1,000 dollars. I had to let her go, and go into court alone. While I was in court without representation the judge wouldn't look at me or even give mr a chance to talk. I called so many lawyers trying to find one that actually cared. When I called Melvin Grimes he was easy to talk with, and never tried rushing me off the phone. He has gone out of his way for me in many different ways. He came to my house on a weekend to look at something pertaining to my divorce. He doesn't do the old school way that so many lawyers do. Hes always planning on how to show the judge that the allegations against me are false, and my x is just trying to get the judge to feel sorry for her. If your a man or a woman, and your going through a divorce. Melvin Grimes is the lawyer you need. Not those old school lawyers that will keep your case going on for ever until your finally emotionally sick, and broke.

Do NOT hire this firm unless you have lots of money to throw in the garbage & have all the time in the world to waste! They will initially talk a good game but after a year without accomplishing anything more than billing you for every last little thing they never do for you as their client they will take 'offense' when you complain that no progress is being made! Be careful, be forewarned, they will NOT REPRESENT YOU IN YOUR BEST INTERESTS! Seek representation elsewhere!!!

Jason Stoffel is highly recommended. Nononsense lawyer. Hard-working and directed me in the right direction with any questions. I am a out-of state parent and he worked me into his schedule. His assistant Missy Delonge was very nice and prompt with any problems concerning my case.

I had problems with my ex and was told many times by other lawyers I couldnt get physical custody of my kids because judges like to keep the kids with the mothers . Met with him and got physical custody of my kids, no problems. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great, fast, effective lawyer. Will be using him again soon.

Horrible, horrible! Jason is never prepared, he is only in it for the money. Charges for every little thing, but never prepared. I could have done a better job representing myself. I am so dissappointed and ended up getting the short end of the stick. Don't use this firm. They are not in it because they wanna help, it's strictlyy money for him.

I was very impressed with Grimes Law Office. The laid back professionalism that Mel and his whole team provided put my mind at ease when it came to handling my ticket. They were straight to the point and kept their word on what would happen no matter what. Their pricing is fair and they will definitely take care of your matters to the best of their ability in court.

Although my case was a slam dunk, as it was clearly a frivolous lawsuit, Melvin not only was able to get the case vacated, he got a judgement against my ex wife for attorneys fees and court costs, and gave me all the information that I needed to successfully execute a naturalization of judgement in my home state of Wyoming and collect the judgement. Thank you Melvin for the excellent work, winning in Las Vegas provided us with a tremendous amount of leverage in the Wyoming divorce case
