I thought it was going to be a nightmare trying to find a good lawyer and get things situated during this pandemic but the entire process was smooth and simple. I dealt with his paralegal, Michelle and she is amazing. She spoke to me like a human being. She helped me understand all of the legal talk. Thank you to Erick Severino and his staff for the excellent way they handled my Bankruptcy petition. The process was straight forward and expeditious. Erick and his staff are very knowledgeable on the legal process and diligent in preparing the necessary paperwork to facilitate the process. This was no messing around - always diligent, courteous, patient and attentive to answer all of my questions and to keep me informed and to advise me on the key steps. I had checked out a few firms but chose Erik based on his personable, straight forward, and informed approach - made the right choice! Mr. Severino was the absolute best! There was no problems at all and everything ran well. He followed the case closely and updated me as soon as possible.
