I agonized for a long time over my decision to file bankruptcy after my divorce and extended hospital stay. Erick put my mind at ease with his professional and human approach. Filed my BK with Erik and his office, and I can't say how easy and headacheless the process was. I expected this to be a nightmare, especially with COVID, but Erik and his staff made everything extremely easy. The hardest part was getting all my stuff together, and that's saying something! I went to Erik Severino two years ago thinking I was ready to file. He walked me thru the process and I paid for services but waited two years to finally get it done. Erik’s office staff were not only extremely helpful, they responded every time I called or emailed me back within an hour or less. They were always friendly and never seemed bothered by my many questions.

I read lots of attorney reviews before I chose Erik. I even looked him up on Facebook. The reviews were all very positive. His Facebook page depicts him as a family man. I felt he would be empathetic to my situation and that feeling was confirmed at my first meeting with him. He listened to me, took time to answer my questions and didn't pressure me into anything. His staff, particularly Michelle, is outstanding with providing customer service. I highly recommend Erik Severino .

Overall , Erik and his staff were great and so helpful. I communicated via email through the whole process and that was so convienent. I was very nervous about the whole process but all of my questions were answered thoroughly by Gus whom is one of Eriks’ paralegals. I would highly recommend the Law Office of Erik Severino if you are planning to or want information on bankruptcy.
