I highly commend my legal team of attorney Brian Eagen and paralegal Karna Gallegos who thoroughly and expeditiously settled my brother's Estate, including probate and verifying a holographic will. I live out-of-state and appreciated how Brian and Karna worked through the courts, representing my and the beneficiaries' best interests. They provided excellent references and resources for contractors to help with the sale of my brother's home, auction of artwork and sports memorabilia, and "boots on the ground" representation. I wish that SDFS had an office in the SF Bay Area so that my husband and I would feel confident that our legal affairs and our Trust were in good standing for our beneficiaries, when we have passed on.
