Mark Dodds was very thorough in explaining some of the complicated options for setting up two trusts and wills. He was willing to see us outside of normal business hours and ensured there was an additional witness for executing the documents. The receptionist was helpful from the start, unlike another place I called where she couldn't make any appointments and no one ever called me back. We are glad we picked this firm and have their expertise to call on when needed.

I took my a month old brand new car to a work shop to do an alignment because of blown up tire in the front. The mechanic at the shop told me that my car was in a big accident long before and replacement parts were not originals. I emailed my problems to Mr. West and he call me back in less than twenty minutes and he set me up for an appointment to check the car with his expert and it turned out to be wrong observation by the other mechanic.
