I met with David for the usual estate-planning documents: will, living will, health and financial powers of attorney. David was very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. I took away a nicely organized folder of estate documents. May they not be needed anytime soon!

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with O'Grady Law Group. The excellent and professional service they provided on top of their personal interest in my case, made a situation that was pretty awful way more comfortable than I could have ever imagined. The work they did removed a very heavy weight from my shoulders and I'll be forever grateful for all of their assistance. While on a trip to Las Vegas, I ended up using one of my friend's timeshares. Lo and behold, I somehow walked out of there with my very own timeshare. That was over 4 years ago and I haven't used nor had any desire to use it since the initial purchase. After several unsuccessful attempts to sell or cancel my contract, I turned to O'Grady Law Group for help. I sent them a copy of my contract to review at no cost and we scheduled a consultation to discuss my options. During the the initial consultation, they took the time to explain exactly how they were going to handle my particular case and what I could expect during the process. By the time I walked out of the meeting, I was very excited to have them working for me. They took complete control of the situation, including all communications with the timeshare company, and had my timeshare contract cancelled within 6 months. Knowing that they have the experience, credentials, and knowledge to handle my timeshare contract cancellation gave me such peace of mind and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with timeshare contract cancellation.

I was sucked into purchasing a timeshare and subsequent upgrades which proved to be all fluff. Just about everything they said Proved to be nothing but fabrication and downright untruths. It would have been impossible to get out of such a deal if it were not for the O'Grady law group. They were above board and honest and professional in every way. I am truly grateful to them.
