I am grateful for Dana Oswalt and Cassidy Kay! They were amazing to work with. So helpful and they both genuinely care about the people they represent. Before and after my neck surgery...the result of being hit by a drunk driver, they were in constant contact with me. Cassidy called me each week for 3 months after my surgery just to check in on me. And in the end after all of my crazy medical bills were in, Dana was still able to get me a financial settlement. Grateful for everything these 2 woman have done for me and my family. Benson and Bingham is 5 star all the way!!

Since moving back to Las Vegas in 2017 I've been involved in 2 accidents. My first was as a ride share driver ( Lyft). I was renting a car from Hertz and was rear ended at a stop light by a Drunk Driver who attempted to flee. The car was totaled and I suffered a herniated disk in my neck. My neighbor an ex Las Vegas police officer recommended Benson and Bingham. After my initial meeting with Joe Benson I was assigned an account manager Bernadette. At the time of the accident I had no health insurance. Bernadette set up all medical appointments and followed up after all of my initial appointments. They had to deal with the Drivers insurance co. Hertz and Lyfts insurance co. Everything was handled seamlessly and eventually settled. I highly recommend Benson and Bingham so much so that I was involved in a 2nd accident ( rear ended again) and immediately called Bernadette. The 2nd accident was also settled promptly. I had 2 excellent experiences with Benson and Bingham and Highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best service with Michelle. Hands down the best case manager in town. She's always pleasant and knowledgeable. I went in for a hit and run. And she did everything possible to locate the person who hit me. Her professionalism and attention to all details makes her really good at her job. I highly recommend her if you're ever in an accident.

10/10 recommend! My Fiancé got into a car accident and was in lots of pain at first, they were able to get him immediate care and physical therapy. They continuously helped him with any of his needs, and kept him updated throughout the process. They staff is very kind, and his case manager was so sweet and very attentive!!
