I chose to have the Benson & Bingham team represent me based on all the amazing reviews and I was still impressed with how wonderful they are! Everyone warned me that my case would take two years to be resolved. It took less then 6 months for me to receive my settlement. I would like to personally thank Cassidy Kay! She did an amazing job of keeping updated on how everything was proceeding and was very patient when answering all of my one million questions.

I was rear ended by a drunk driver in Las Vegas and suffered neck and mid back injuries. This having to be my very first accident, it was a little overwhelming not knowing how to handle all legal aspects with doctors and insurance adjusters so we proceeded to go with Benson and Bingham. The very first day I was in their office I was immediately taken care of and was informed of how everything worked out and how they would fight for me until the end. After several doctor visits and some back and forth with the insurance adjusters we got an unexpected amount and we are tremendously grateful with how everything turned out. Michelle our case manager was super helpful and kept us informed through out the entire process. Don't waste your time with these other law firms who promise and don't follow through, stick with Benson and Bingham you will not be disappointed i can guarantee you that.
