Where do I begin? Benson & Bingham are flat out the best attorney’s office I’ve ever delt with and I wish I’ve known about them with my last accident. Danielle and Bernadette were so helpful and walking into their office located in summerlin, I felt like a King in a castle lol. They were very verbal with all that was going on behind the scenes and made me feel at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I consulted with Danielle after the at-fault driver’s insurance was not being cooperative. It has been over a year long process, but everyone (including Danielle, Cassidy, and Heather) has been very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I have enjoyed working with them despite the fact that it is not something that is a good situation. If you feel the need to get a law firm involved, they are a great one to use!

I am very pleased with the way Benson and Bingham attorneys handled my case. I dealt with Cassidy mostly and she was always available and in touch through the whole process. The process for me took 7 months from the time I walked into the office , through receiving treatment and the final settlement. I had a bad experience in the past with another attorney so I was extremely worried but Benson and Bingham and Cassidy in particular made this experience as quick and as painless as possible and for that I am truly grateful. . When I first got in my accident, I didn't know who to turn too. I was referred to Benson and Bingham by a family member. I consulted with Dana and after that her and their team explained everything and guided me through process. The staff worked on everything and kept me up to date and were always available if I had any questions. Very happy with the outcome!

Highly recommend this law firm. They made sure to update me with any progress throughout my case. Every time I had any question or concern either the attorney on my case (Lina) or one of the case managers (Bernadette of Goharik) were always available or promptly returned my phone calls.
