I have been a client with Benson and Bingham since 2017. They have handled two accidents on my behalf. B&B makes it so I don't have to think about the process at all. Without any reservation whatsoever I confidently recommend Benson and Bingham if you need a good attorney and want to be treated like a partner. This firm was clear about the process following my accident and from the very first moment to the last, I felt like an important person.
Ben was fair, available when I had questions, and his staff were amazing!

I just want to say that Danielle Richardson (Atty) and Cassidy are the best. Both sat down with me and went over my case in detail. Cassidy Kay kept me up too date on all the details, the whole ordeal basically was stress free from beginning to end. They are a great team.

I seen Attorney Ida Yabarra with Benson and Bingham law group. Ida handled my worker Comp. Case for me. This is a long drawn out process. Ida kept me informed throughout the entire process. She was able to help get me Doctor appointments in a timely manner and when all of my medical treatments where done Ida was able to Settle my case quickly and in my favor. I'm not really impressed with this place. Had to keep calling them to inquire if they thought we had a case after they promised prompt follow up. It took 4 calls to find out they didn't want to investigate our case further. I understand they need to follow their own guidelines on what cases they accept but they should follow up and tell you that without you having to continue to make inquiries.
