I want to thank Bendon and Bingham and especially Michelle Rodriguez for the help and guidance in getting me the max allowable settlement after my car accident. Michelle kept me informed of what was going on, always answered my phone calls and voicemails promptly. She was instrumental in helping me to understand the process, the importance of doing everything that needed to be done and sometimes just being there to let me vent a little when I got frustrated. I would recommend Benson and Bingham to anyone that has a personal injury.

I was referred through my Chiropractor & I am so glad I was...So many Lawyers in Las Vegas ..you don't know who to choose or trust...My first appointment with my Laywer was not rushed and I was treated like a real human being compared to some stories I've heard from other Law Offices..the follow--up by Amy was thorough & she never let me "wonder" what was going on..She even kept in touch with me on my schedule ..when She was off the clock!! Benson & Bingham were able to get me double in my pocket than we had hoped and were able to stop a Counter Suit!
