The staff at benson and Bingham has been excellent with not just myself but my family as well. Always keeping us posted and incredibly helpful whether it's over the phone or email or in person. Could not recommend them enough. Also the downtown location was equally as helpful

• 1 review 6/6/2017 I cannot say enough about Benson and Bingham Law Firm!!! I only spoke to Joseph on one occasion, but Adam Stone has been the most amazing guy ever!!!!!! He made me feel at ease, showed compassion and understanding that is beyond comprehension! He never failed to respond to an email or answer my call...EVER! He was the backbone of my case and I spoke to him several times and every single time he was the most pleasant person to talk to. Never rushed, never rude and WOW, brilliantly amazing at his job! Being that I live out of state, I have not had the opportunity to meet with Adam or Joseph in person, but I can guarantee that, someday, I WILL meet them! In May of 2016, I flew into Vegas from out of state, rented a car and was headed to Bullhead/Laughlin when another driver decided to make a left hand turn in front of me then stopped in the middle of the road and I ended up hitting him head on. I was about 60 miles outside of Vegas and ended up being flown by helicopter to UMC in Vegas where they found chest trauma, some spinal fractures and soft tissue injuries. Luckily I wasn't paralyzed, but I was in a lot of pain! I had no medical insurance, but both the other driver and myself were both fully insured. UMC released me after two nights leaving me to sit in an airport on a Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend for 8 hours before the next flight back to Texas...let's just say none of this was pleasant in any way! Considering the back pain, I'm not sure which was worse...the 8 miserable hours at the airport or the apprx 3 hours on the flight. About 2-3 weeks after I returned home, I ended up in the emergency room with pneumonia (caused by the chest trauma) Being that I did not have health insurance, I ended up paying for pain management and some other bills out of my own pocket while waiting to sort things out with auto insurance. Bad news...My medical expenses (just the air vac and hospital stay alone!!) were well over the other driver's policy limit. Upon finding this out, that is when I decided I NEEDED to find a lawyer. Not that I was necessarily going to end up with anything in MY pocket, but I needed someone that could help me figure out what to do with well over $100,000.00 in medical bills. In the end...way sooner than I ever expected, not only did he get every one of my medical bills cut down and paid in full, but I actually ended up walking away with some money in my pocket and a quite larger amount than I ever dreamed possible under the circumstances! | If you need a law firm that is dedicated to working HARD and diligently for you...look no further! You will be so glad this is the one you chose...just like I am! THANK YOU, ADAM!!!! YOU'RE AWESOME!

My wife had a car accident and they managed to get a settlement when other offices said she couldn't get one.

Adam Stone and the whole office were fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to help me when the insurance company would not get back to me. I would recommend him to anyone I know! The whole team was great!
