We got in a car wreck on Saturday and submitted an online inquiry to Benson & Bingham. Joe Benson called us the same day. His office took care of everything, we got a rental car and the medical care we needed. This office really cared about how this affected my family and if my children were improving. I can't thank them enough.

I tried another attorney before calling Benson & Bingham. I kept getting the run around with no real answers. Never again. Benson and Bingham were different. They always kept me in the loop and the few times, I had to call the office, the staff was always kind and helpful. The litigation process is long, but I understood why, because it was explained it to me. I work full time, and Heather even offered to stay after hours or even meet me on a Saturday. That is going above and beyond. I hope you never need it, but if you do, I would recommend Benson & Bingham.

Benson and Bingham are the best!! Don't wait to call them right after an accident. They keep constant communication with you, deal with the insurance companies, very professional yet friendly and comfortable to talk to, and the best part is they negotiate the best settlement offer! If you're ever rear-ended like I was, these are the people to call. Adam Stone and the rest of the staff are terrific to work with. They take great care of you, respond quickly, ensure you receive the medical care you need, and maximize the claim. Don't try to do it by yourself when you can have this office taking care of you from start to finish.

Overall great experience, they were very quickly and friendly, I had my car accident on 3/27/16 and got my final settlement on 8/19/16, I think they got the best settlement for me, Cassidy is the staff working on my case, she is proffessional and know what is she doing, I defintely recommend Benson&bingham to my friends.
