In March of 2015 I was rear ended by a drunk driver and my vehicle was completely totaled. I had some people close to me recommend Benson and Bingham to help assist me with my injuries and battle with the insurance company. I was unaware of how the process worked and I was extremely pleased with the assistance and guidance Joe Benson and Adam Stone gave me during this process. I am currently in the medical field and have been for 9 years, yet Adam and Joe gave me options of medical doctors and therapists that I had never been exposed to and they were very helpful with all my injuries and very efficient. They will be doctors I stick with if I will ever be in need again. Adam was very knowledgeable with each step, he explained how every process worked and he always fought for me when the Insurance companies were not the most cooperative. Benson and Bingham were able to maximize the total policy limits that were available to me. I believe Benson and Bingham are different than other law offices because they are caring, they help guide you, they explain each step and how each process will work and what my potential outcomes could be. I never felt like I did not know what was going on or what step was next. Adam was always available via the phone or if I did leave a message was very responsive at getting back to me, he also would answer emails in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the proficiency, the knowledge, and the kindness of Benson and Bingham. I highly recommend this company for legal needs you will not be disappointed.

Ashley Page became my main point of contact for the next year. She is quick to reply on emails and phone calls. Ashley is patient, informative and exceeded my expectations. All the staff members working in this office are very kind. I would highly recommend them. The way how they communicate with their clients is very professional. They always answer phone calls and are responsive to questions. I've been to other lawyers but nobody handles the business better than this office. I wonder why they have 5 stars ratings.

I want to share my experience with this office, I believe it’s worth taking the time mainly for all those who always hesitate when in need of legal services. I was involved in a car accident, big one. Unfortunately for me and my family, the person at fault fled the scene after running a stop sign leaving us there. After this happened we were left in pain, without a car, without any information on who hit us, and desperate because without health insurance, we were going to have to pay for hospital bills and even follow up appointments. Someone I know recommended Benson & Bingham, after I contacted them they immediately made me feel not everything was lost, they got us into a doctor right away while they did their investigation. I am so grateful I decided to call them, my injuries were very serious, enough that I was told I had to find myself a different job or I was at risk of having to spend the rest of my life in a wheelchair. I am 38 years old and I have a family to support, this changed my life completely. My case manager Adam was able to find coverage to pay for my medical bills and get me compensated for pain and suffering, they never made any promises, and delivered much more than I ever expected, giving me and my family some piece of mind while going through this horrible experience. My rep and attorney through Benson and Bingham work here at this location. They are both amazing. I would talk to Cassidy probably 1 to 2 times a week for 11 months as she was always on top of updating me with information regarding my case. Also my actual attorney would call me on the phone and give me updates as well, so I always knew where we were at and what was going on with my case. Anytime I would email my rep with a question I always got a response right back. They are so caring about their clients at Benson & Bingham they are almost like family after a year of being their client. My case is coming to an end and I am actually sad that I will no longer be in contact with them all the time. I would recommend Benson and Bingham to anyone and everyone who is looking for an attorney's office that truly and honestly 100% care about their clients.
