Great Firm, Cassidy is the Greatest. Helped me all the way from beginning to end. Answered all my question. Was concerned about making sure I was alright physically first. BENSON & BINGHAM is an awesome place to represent you in the time of need. They are very honest and efficient. when in the office on first visit there offer you water and make you comfortable. When telling your case to them they listen they dont just get the bits and pieces off it all, they referred me to a doctor right away and made sure transportation to and from wasnt an issue. I loved it and if i have to do it again I will use them. Hopefully I dont ever again. I was struck by a Sport utility vehicles while riding my bicycle. The team at Benson & Bingham helped me through the whole process. From refering me to a doctor for a second second option to helping me with distribution of funds once we successfully settled the case. There three locations help in that I was never far from one of their offices when I need to sign some paper work or speak to one of their team about my case. I truly appreciate the assistance Benson & Bingham provided during my ordeal.

joe benson is a great lawyer and a very kind man, his staff is also the greatest.
