I was referred to Hicks and Brasier by a family member after my mother was involved in a multi-vehicle car accident. Christina Tillman was our claims manager and went above and beyond with communication and answering all of my questions, as this was our first time engaging legal representation. She helped walk us through the process and kept us informed on updates throughout the year, all while also checking in to see how my mom was feeling during her recovery. I am grateful to Hicks and Brasier for their support and guidance during a very stressful time.

Attorney Hicks and Christina Tullman were very personable, understanding, and made the process very easy and low-stress on my end. They were patient while I was undergoing medical treatment yet quick to get my case settled once I stopped treatment. After settling, they also got my medical liens reduced a significant amount. Overall Mike was a nice guy , my issues were towards the lack of communication . I wouldn’t hear from them for weeks and I would be the one calling them . Twice with his assistant saying she would leave a note for a call back and I didn’t hear from them . I would even leave a voicemail and I had to email them to make sure I’d get in contact with them . I was scheduled for an imaging at Puebla and the quality of the imaging wasn’t clear enough even though the ortho doctor found fluids in between my joints . They had recommended a second MRI . Over a month passes I didn’t hear anything from either my attorney or the orthopedic so I call them myself . The Doctor tells me they already sent Mayra my current balance and the price of the MRI and that they were waiting on their approval to proceed. I call the attorneys office and another couple of weeks pass that I haven’t heard from them since they were supposed to get back to me . I’ve been in a lot of pain since the accident and it felt like I had to chase to get an update towards the end so it was best for me to part ways .
