Seemed like at Great Law firm. Naqvi injury recommended them to me. Everything was in order up until the end. My attorney was Great, she was willing to go to trial for me , she was so confident. Then a week goes by and she was told my case is too much of a liability . I understand she had personal issues to deal with but maybe someone else should have taken over. My case was dropped! I wasted months , gas and time with physical therapy ,far dr visits and X-rays . I wish another attorney would have finished my case. I had to gather my own supplemental exhibits. I’m not done !! The slick paint I slipped on is still slick. The worker that helped me where I got injured, is still there.

Jon Hicks and his staff Christina were very on top of things. They kept me updated on my cases and always returned calls in a timely manner. Hopefully I won’t have to use them in the future but if ever in an accident they will be the first call I would make. Thank you all so much!!

I was unsure on how to rate honestly, In the begging of the process my experience was awesome, however, as time went on the case manger handling my case was non responsive to my texts, calls, or emails. months past and finally I called the office spoke with the front desk, who had a lawyer call me back, I finally got answers on what was going on with my case, after that the office was corresponding with me regularly, and a month after that my case was finally closed, upon meeting with the staff to close my case out they apologized and advised there was a situation with that particular case manager who was no longer with the company. They also negotiated the amount lower for my medical bills. In the end they did right by their client, and even though the case manger is a representation of the company they did what was needed to fix it.

Me and my daughter were in an accident and did an outstanding job with a great settlement. My case manager Christina kept us well informed throughout the whole process...#1 law firm!!!

My experience with this law firm is traumatic and one that I am still trying to process as my case dragged on for almost three years. By the time it was assigned to the 4th Attorney (my case was passed around) which was quite concerning and literally had me questioning their judgment especially with the most recent and (last attorney assigned) that had me side eying her, she left me defenseless at the hands of the opposing attorney. That was the last straw! I was frustrated to the point wherein I had to reach out to my first attorney Michael (Who is still there by the way) and initially took my case, but he never responded back to me, this was surprising and hurtful. I thought Michael and I had a great rapport when HE INITIALLY TOOK MY CASE. It was passed over to another attorney that eventually left, then the third comes and OMG!!....The frustration I felt was warranted because each time I inquired regarding the status of my case (which was rare) there was a NEW assistant or Lawyer assigned to my case!! Also, the unprofessionalism of the NEW staff (assistants) were also a nightmare. They seemed to have lost their hard-working administrative staff that took care of their clients. I had to resort to dismissing this firm and I am traumatized left with no representation or solution to my case. I am disillusioned as another reputable law firm had recommended them three years prior.

I had only seen slip and fall injuries on comedic surveillance footage of people who were trying to stage their own accidents poorly. Now I was the guy in the video except I didn't stage the accident. I didn't know who to turn to let alone who would believe me. Thankfully I was referred to Seth Little and the Hicks and Brasier team. From the moment I walked into their office I knew I had made the right choice.
