I was driving home from work at 8 months pregnant and was rear ended. All of the staff at Hicks and Brasier were so kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend!

I wanted to get updates about my case, and the staff was always either "on vacation" or would transfer me to get the phone hung up, such unprofessionalism. They promised to take 40% out of whatever we would get, they would also constantly mention that they would never take a bigger percentage as they promised. At the end of the case, I still require medical attention because they never actually "fixed" me. Not to mention that they took 50% out of what we got, and once we asked them "what was the reason for such an increase", they just said they had to take different routes that cost more therefore they had to take 10% more of that they "Promised not to increase". There are also charges for "American Express Card" which I wanted to know what they were for since they were quite the amount, which I asked about but all I got was "those were necessary charges for the case", how do I not know that someone bought something for themselves and just charged to me?. Long story short, I am still hurt and require medical attention that is going to be out of pocket, and was lied to by the percentage they promised. Very unprofessional from their end, they don't stick to their words, and they lie a lot indirectly.
