I recently finished my settlement with Charlie and Mary. They kept me very informed throughout the process and were always quick to respond to my calls, text and or emails . We were able to settle out of court and do my deposition via zoom. I definitely recommend Hicks and Brasier and would use them again if I ever needed one.

I was referred to the office, and unfortunately the intake representative didn't even allow me to finish answering the question she asked me before she interrupted me mid sentence and said "We can't help you." And hung up. I was stunned that I was just rushed off the phone they way she did. But I guess its nice to know from the beginning that this is how they operate so I can look elsewhere.
