I had the pleasure of having Micheal Plank as my attorney. He and his team are very knowledgeable and polite. Mr. Plank assistant Jordan is the sweetest most kindest person to have working on my case, no matter how many times I called and asked many questions she was always happy to help. I I'm very please with the outcome and the timeframe was great it was very realistic my case was settled very quick. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for honesty and respect Hicks and Brazier will work hard for you and won't let you settle for less than you truly deserve.

I was with this firm and could not get calls back. I was told after months of nothing from them that it was basically my fault that no one got back to me. Gave them updated information even after not hearing back from some one. Then told that they felt that I had a good case and that it was win able tell i didn't hear back from them for a very long time, and was told now they don't think it's win able since it has been so long BUT THEY WERE NOT THE ONES CONTACTING ME BACK. So stay away from these guys. Oh even had the attorney admit to me that I had not got calls back due to an employee who is no longer with them, but still my fault find a better attorney. Oh and just done reading thru other reviews and the same person who I was dealing with Is mentioned as not getting back so maybe a pattern and you blame the client when I'm not the only one saying something about it. Hire someone else

I hired this firm Hicks and Brasier to handle an vehicle accident in Las Vegas. I spent over a year and a half in physical therapy and collecting records. The two lead owners/Attorneys of the business never took the time to call me although I left many messages. I was unable to get surgery on my back and shoulder because of a lung and heart disease. So the case is worth less money! Thus, they dropped my case right before arbitration without any warning and sent all the information to the wrong address purposely.

Thanks to Alison and her team for turning a bad situation into a good one. Thanks for walking me through this process and fighting for what was right. I highly recommend you and your team to everybody. Thanks,

After my accident, I contacted the office of Hicks & Brasier and was greeted by a kind voice. I explained my situation and she immediately got me hooked up with the amazing paralegal, Christina! Christina had me the initial paperwork and got the ball rolling. Whenever I had questions she responded promptly! All my questions and concerns were answered honestly. When it came time to meet Mr. Jonathan Hicks, he met with a smile and a mask since we were in full pandemic procedure. Finally, when all was said and done I received more of a settlement than I expected. Christina called and set my appointment with Mr. Hicks. The following day I met him and again we had great conversations and he handed me the check. Overall, this firm is fair, honest and professional and got the job done
