My husband and I have been working with the team for over 3 years on one really bad case... And from day one of meeting Johnathan we were like yeah he is the one. We've always followed our guts when meeting people and it did not disappoint. We worked with many from the H&B team from Steve (who is no longer there, but was nothing short of AMAZING) to Claudia to Michael to Jodie to Allison (oooh how wonderful she is 💖) and they have all been outstanding with communication with us throughout the years... We were and still are a fairly young couple so this whole process was stressful to say the least and they made things so much more comforting and treated us like family, through hardships, having our first child, answering and/or returning phone calls after hours, etc. Even when the pandemic hit we were like gosh this is going to hault things even more,  but they were still in the background WORKING! Every time we spoke there was almost never a time they came back with no update (they were always giving us some sort of good news or progress in the case,  whether it was good or bad and even with bad news there was already a plan to get around it/a way to combat whatever it was). They always seemed to care about our best interest and finding ways to help us on and off the case, and we always felt like we can be ourselves & trust them to give us any advice...To make a long story short, they KNOW what they're doing,  they treat you like family and REMEMBER who you are and your story❣ Trust their process, they will uncover nearly everything needed in your case, just trust them! You will NOT be disappointed about choosing them to represent you, especially if your honest people yourself! I know We will NEVER forget our H&B family!!
