Mr. Kevin Hernandez took the time to explain to me my options regarding my difficult situation. He gave me a short free consultation and, it was evident that I cannot use his services at this time as my previous contract is binding. He still gave me his time and attention and patiently explained to me details I needed to understand about my legal problem. I am always looking for professionals who "have a heart" and are not entirely money driven. This was my first case in my life. I was sued for something I didn't do. It wasn't me. I was a victim of identity fraud. My first answer was denied (done on my own) and I needed guidance on the next step for a second answer. I contacted Kevin's firm. I had a phone consult with Kevin. He guided me on what form to use and how to fill it out. I supplemented the form proving my innocence. On immediate receipt of my docs, the firm called and dismissed my case.
