Kevin Hernandez helped me the next day when I was deeply mistreated by a horrible third party collection agency. He gave me slow and clear specifics and instructions on what to do and how to do it all correctly. He is following up with me and hasn't even mentioned cost. He called me on the minute of the scheduled appointment.
