Your customer service, response time and settlement amount was absolutely dreadful. I am disappointed with this firm. I experienced a car accident while 5 months pregnant, could’ve lost my child due to the trauma and stress, and my settlement was a miserable $5600. I would recommended visiting any other firm in the valley- there’s a large plentiful to choose from! Also- fyi Henness & Haight, your case manager, Patricia Velazquez was so unhelpful, and not to mention RUDE throughout my entire experience being represented by your firm.
