I was asked to signed the retainer and then after awhile Stephen Shulman said he cannot represent me due to the video he had seen. So where is the due diligence before asking me to sign a retainer. Now nobody wants to take my case because of this.

Michael Haight and his team are awesome! If you have ever been in an accident and had to deal with the insurance companies you know how much of a headache it can be. Michael and his team took care of everything. They made sure I understood the legal terminology and processes. They kept me updated through the whole case and if I did have questions they were very responsive to my emails and phone calls. Michael and his team are very courteous, genuinely caring, and most importantly they're honest. I never thought I would want or need an attorney, however when I did I was so glad I chose Henness and Haight. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Elaine Marzola was my attorney and I loved her!! Last year I was in car accident. I was going to law school and didn't have time to find a doctor and didn't know what to do. I contacted Ms. Marzola and she found me a chiropractor near my school to make it easier for me to get treatment. She sent me letters updating me of the status of my case. She was readily accessible whenever I needed to speak to her regarding a concern of mine. She made this experience less stressful for me. I can not express how wonderful Henness and Haight, and in particular, Eric Willoughby, was in dealing with my case. I live almost 1,000 miles away but my accident was in Las Vegas. Mine was a very difficult case and took 3 1/2 years to settle but the settlement was definately worth the wait!!
