My first time using an attorney, and it was a great experience. I was in an accident with a reckless driver and needed help. They relieved us from what should have been an extremely stressful situation. Jacob Smith and Leanne Carter made the whole process pretty care-free for us. Communication was great and thorough, they actually cared what happened to us. Had a great and speedy settlement. Highly recommend to anyone in need of legal help.

Great firm to deal with. Shaun and Maggie are a great team to work with. They helped with my mother's accident and made sure that she had the proper medical attention received. Despite the language barrier in my mother's case, they were very professional and prompt in coordinating everything with me. I highly recommend their services!

MARK HEINESS is a liar! If I were u, I would definitely choose a better attorney!! A complete waste of time! Mark does business with LARRY SMITH, who PAYS for cases!!!! MARK also ownes Phase1 & if u are an agent, I would most definitely NOT send ur clients there because MARK HEINESS will do anything in his power to steal ur clients!! Unbelievably!!!!! Also it's an IN-HOUSE AGENCY! Bottom line is, THIS LAW FIRM ALSO PHASE 1 WORKOUT FACILITY IS THE ABSOLUTE BOTTOM OF THE BOTTOM! U COULD VERY MUCH DO A BETTER JOB AT PICKING BETTER ATTORNEYS BELIEVE ME! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

Horrible experience.

Your life can change in a matter of seconds once you are hit by a drunk driver. I suffered neck and back pain, so needless to say I was scatterbrained after the incident. Henness and Haight took care of everything for me and made it all easy and stress free. They were extremely kind and attentive during the whole process.

I was in an auto accident as a passenger; got rear-ended as we were at a complete stop; waiting for a pedestrian to cross at the crosswalk. After the police did all their reports; we immediately sought legal assistance through Henness & Haight. Leanne, their paralegal interviewed us immediately. She gave us excellent advise from start to finish! She was always prompt to answer my emails, even at times when the office was closed! The attorneys too were quick to respond to our concerns! Their attorney team far exceeded my expectations!
