Last year I was in an accident and was referred to the Henness & Haight office, I was greeted by Annette Banakas and Tristan Rivera. I was hesitant at first due to being my first accident, however they made me feel at ease and that I was in good hands. Annette kept me informed during the entire process and really made it easy. I was comfortable the entire time knowing they had my best interest and care in mind. In the end I was taken care of and medical bills were all covered. I want to extend a sincere thank you to Annette and Tristan for helping with the process I didn't know much about. I highly recommend H&H, this is the place to go to be treated like family because they will take care of you.

This law firm has integrity and they really do care about your case. I worked with them for 5 years on my case against the United States Government. There were 3 attorneys and 1 partner, which contributed to the successful outcome of my case. I worked closely with attorney, Jake Smith. He was very detailed and didn't miss one fact, which came into play during the settlement hearing and ultimately winning my case. He took time to study and know all the ins and outs of my injures, surgeries and long term treatment. I found the entire office staff to be professional and helpful in every way. They demonstrated concern regarding me accident and spent considerable time and energy trying to come to a fair settlement. Generally, they kept me informed and up to date on my case. There was no rushing through this. They are very meticulous in their delivery of service.

Car accident, hit by a guy running a red light. Unless there's a lot of money involved there's little interest in getting the process completed. The accident 3/2014, I'm still waiting to get my settlement. They've had the insurance money for months. Hennessy & Haight, but since there only going to make around $30,000.00 they really are not pursuing the conclusion as if there was $500,000.00 on the table.

A little over two years ago while in Las Vegas I tripped on an unmarked speed bump in the parking lot at a local grocery store and fell on my right hand causing an injury the required major surgery to my hand which in now and forever will be deformed. I was a client at Henness & Haight in 2012 and I had a really good team on my side. I was basically in a T-bone car accident. Originally I was going to try and handle everything on my own but, it began to be too much. I heard about Henness & Haight from a really good friend so I decide to obtain their services.
