I was involved in a multi vehicle accident, and I called Mr. Okano's office to discuss the case. I first spoke with his assistant, and she listened to my case while taking note. In the end, she told me that my case might not have financial benefit for them but said that Mr. Okano would call me back and further discuss the case. Despite the case having no financial implication for him, Mr. Okano called the following day and explained to me why he couldn't take the case, but advised me what I should do, including how I should deal with the insurance companies, and answered all my questions. What a nice person, thank you!!
