Jeffrey is my super hero! I had struggled for many months during Covid trying to get my pandemic unemployment paid to me. I was just about ready to call it quits until one day I found Jeffrey via a Google search. He did not hesitate with my case; he wasn’t afraid to take on my previous employer or DETR. Jeffrey is very knowledgeable in this department and had many other cases to reference mine to. Any time I reached out to him, he was quick to respond. If I ever have any more issues with DETR, I now know who I can turn to.

I called a few people prior to him and honestly most attorneys are robotic or trying to get money. When I spoke to him even prior to working with him he was honest and helpful. After that I didn't hesitate to work with him. Even AFTER my case was over I was able to call and ask for help. If you want an honest, polite, and professional person who truly cares give him a call. You will NOT be disappointed.

Jeff was fantastic with my case regarding DETR. He was very honest and upfront about what would happen with my case. He told me what my options were and we worked out the best option for me. His legal writing and eye for detail surpassed all my expectations and was what ultimately got us a better outcome than what we had originally discussed.

Definitely the smoothest experience. Jackie is amazing! She kept me updated on my case and was very sincere and helpful. I chose Rodney Okano's office because of their longevity in Vegas and the location of their office. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Jeff handled my traffic case that I sent through offtherecord.com. Despite the court fiasco of not giving him any option to settle the case online, he took it to court for me and was able to get rid of the point with a reasonable fine. Really appreciate all his work and his quick responsiveness to emails/messages/calls, which gave me the piece of mind in knowing that I am being taken care of by his professionalism as an attorney.
