Luis and Erin are great people to work with. They make the process of the case flow so smoothly and easy. Explaining everything step by step with detail whenever any question arises. Not to forget Luis's secretary, she was very helpful when she reached out a few times following up with updates about the case. Giving the confidence and pleasure to be legally assisted from them.

After my accident I drove almost 250 miles round trip to meet with a paralegal, even though it was painful to be sitting for that long. Paralegal met with me for a brief time and gave no advice when I asked him about my vehicle and if what my insurance was offering was fair. I had to research and figure that out myself. He directed me to see a doctor out of my network in Vegas and the only time I heard from him after that was when I was concerned to go to a imaging center in Vegas that was out of network as well. They never contacted me after that for 5 months. The doctor kept giving me pills and gave me trigger point injections once. No referral was written for me to see a physical therapist and I wasn't given the green light when I asked if I should see a chiropractor. Paralegal told me they thought my case was referred to their Phoenix office. I now have to pay thousands out of pocket for the gaps in my treatment for them not helping me along and leaving me in the dark. I have imaging, chiropractic, and doctor's office bills all because they wanted me to see the doctors they contract with. The opposing parties insurance won't take care of hardly anything now. I got a cheap apology from the paralegal and he seemed confused as to why I'm angry. Office has not sent me a confirmation that I'm no longer their client after I requested it 3 times! They refused to help me negotiate the bills from the offices they sent me to as a courtesy for poor representation. They wouldn't even speak with me or Cook Law, who I hired after them. When Luis Ayon did finally respond to my email he replied with an unintelligible response as if he wasn't fully comprehending what the problem was their office created. Speaking in circles like lowly lawyers do instead of being ethical. This was my first accident and they made the whole experience a complete nightmare for me!!

Erin really helped me out a lot with an out of state case, which is really awesome, because when I moved to Nevada, I didn’t want the case to be difficult and I definitely did not want to travel a lot.
