I was recently in a car accident with a hotel vehicle just off The Strip and messed up my back and my car pretty bad. Before I left the meeting I had an appointment with a doctor, chiropractor and the address for a body shop that would take care of my car. Throughout my experience Erica and Luis were both very personable and easy to talk to about all the annoyances of dealing with this type of situation.
