Like any person who doesn’t know or have an attorney will result in finding one on google and reading reviews. This place does not deserve 5 stars just by the way 43 second conversion we had. While I was calling and explaining what I was looking for, I was abruptly put on hold without notice and then briefly told we don’t do that service. Okay, then don’t list that you do on Google. To all my googlers out there reading this. Don’t waste your time! From my experience, there is no customer service and that’s a red flag. They advertise services they don’t offer and that will waste your time. Keep going and find someone that will not make you feel less of a human being. Thank you!

Quick & easy to find. Right off the 215 freeway on Russell. Only bad part was the construction. The signs were a little confusing, but overall, great location.

I was incredibly nervous about hiring an attorney since in my 43 years, I never needed to hire one... and I honestly was avoiding doing so for a long time. Mr. Knauss's confidence, straightforwardness, intelligence, and compassion were the perfect mix for me. He knows what he's doing. When I was frustrated or angry about this long case, he listened and had me look at the realistic legal side of things as well as to continue to keep positive...which allowed us to persevere and achieve our legal goals in a timely manner., Throughout the entire judicial process, although intimidating, Mr. Knauss made me aware of the intricacies of the legal system I was not aware of and what possible outcomes could happen. Mr Knauss is very personable, knowledgeable and respectful outside of the courtroom...and exactly the same inside the courtroom as well. What you see is what you get...well worth time, money, and definitely works for you in every angle possible to win your case. I would hire again in a second if I needed to!

Steven helped me through a challenging period, ending a business partnership that went sour quite fast. By the time I started working with his firm, conversations were no longer productive. He handled the negotiations in a wonderfully tactful manner and did an excellent job diffusing a tense situation without giving in. Mr. Knauss was absolutely wonderful. He always gave me an honest assessment of what to expect during the course of my case which lasted about 9 months. Most importantly, is that Steven delivered on all terms that were in question. Steven was accessible before, during, and after my case, and always took extra time answering questions and concerns. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Steven argued well and professionally in the courtroom and I would highly recommend him to anyone going through the difficult situation. Steven helped me through a personal injury case involving a car accident. He was professional and responsive, and was good at explaining what was happening with my case and the options that I had. There were some complexities in dealing with both insurance companies that were involved. I was appreciative of his knowledge and of how he handled the situations that came up. He was quick to respond to my emails, and I always felt like things were being well taken care of. It lessened the stress of the situation considerably to have his involvement in the case.
