We did our online homework & read tons of great reviews on "Affordable Bankruptcy" / attorney Kevin J. Szotkowski, before we retained his services for our (future) BK filing. His staff members, Donna and also Jenn were always professional, helpful and assisted us promptly w/what they needed from us & their deadlines. If you follow their instructions & suggestions promptly, it will be easier in the long run. Our court date days ago (meeting of creditors, though none of our creditors showed up) was just 3-4 mins long and we were done. Painless! We expect the court to mail our 1-pg chapter 7 BK discharge for in 2-4 months. Court is busy with case loads galore. Kevin is a great attorney & a genuinely nice guy. We highly recommend you going w/Affordable Bankruptcy should you find yourself stuck in a financial death trap like we found ouselves in.
