Bankruptcy is a trying time and you should have all the answers before you go through with this process. D. Swaim and J. Baumann were very helpful and got me through this process smoothly. If you have doubts because communication is mainly through email and texts, don't be, they made it very easy and answered within a timely manner. Attny. Kevin Szotkowski was great a week before the 341 hearing and on the day of the hearing, he made it very easy and calm. He explained what to expect from the trustee and what to do afterwards if applicable to your case. I would recommend this office to anyone who has to file bankruptcy especially there are other offices to choose from..

For a while I have been debating back in forth what to do with all the debt that I have gained over the years that was drowning me and pulling me down. I eventually came to the conclusion I would need to file bankruptcy. It has been a hard time for me to take these steps I needed to take and hasn't been one of my proudest moments. But I do have to say everyone at Affordable Bankruptcy has been great through my process and has made it a lot easier. On top of making the process so smooth they have made it affordable .

weird exchange here. not sure what happened? i called this place. no answer straight to voicemail. i get a text back saying they will call me back. ok. i get a call from a woman at this office she sounded more or less like the front desk staff. i wanted to initially set up a consultation with an actual lawyer to get concrete info and advice about my situation. i had done a bit of research prior to making calls to various lawyers in the area. was told i cannot even do anything since im a new resident of the state. this woman tells me oh yeah dont worry we will get the paperwork started. then i star to explain my situation how i think maybe ch. 13 is more suitable for me. she says oh no you dont even make enough money for that. oh no you cant keep your vehicle etc etc..kept making me feel as though everything im saying is invalid. uh what? then i hear some shuffling and the phone hangs up. no call back. totally unprofessional.

Bankruptcy is a trying time in one's life. It can be a very depressing and overwhelming event. I could not afford the $$$ the other places charge and after reading the great reviews on Affordable Bankruptcy, I decided to try them and very happy I did. I primarily worked with Kevin's legal staff of Donna and Jenn who helped me through the paperwork process. There is a lot of paperwork to fill out, scanning or faxing and most communication done by email. I am now on the other side with a fresh start.
