Never heard anything back from anyone

Very professional individual. Her team was great and really new their stuff. Hopefully you never need a lawyer, but if you do I highly recommend.

First of all I would like to compliment Kaitlyn and her staff on being incredibly professional and helpful all the way up until my appointment. Lexi , who I had many phone conversations with before my appointment date was extremely knowledgeable and showed kindness and empathy towards me when I discussed my legal matter with her. She was top of the line. So, we went ahead and scheduled the appointment and as soon as I showed up I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces from both Destiny and Lexi. These situations can be nerve wrecking and the ladies made me feel very comfortable. When I got into Kaitlyn's personal office we went over the court paperwork that I had brought in and she gave me a very professional and knowledgeable assessment of what she believed my options were. She was very educated in what she was talking about and explained and went through every single paper. She is an exceptional attorney and I am thankful that I have found her to help me with any other future cases that might come along. She was a pleasure to meet but I will say....I would definitely not want to be on the opposing side of Kaitlyn Attorney at Law. She knows what she's doing and will get the job done for you. I highly recommend her!

Kaitlyn did a remarkable job in representing my family. I have obtained primary custody of my three children after a long custody battle. She is thorough, honest, and fees are reasonable. I’ve had to consult with Kaitlyn on 2 separate occasions regarding the demise of a personal relationship. Instantly I felt that I was with someone who actually cared about my personal situation and not just trying for a paycheck! She was very professional on both occasions, punctual and she gave me all the advice and legal assistance that I needed to come out on top of my personal dilemma. I highly recommend Kaitlyn Miller if you want someone who will give you themself in all levels during personal trying times.

She was very friendly at my consultant and I brought my daughter with me. I was already ripped off by my husband of 19 years and I can't touch his trust but I can get at least 1/2 his pension. I'm living with my daughter and her family which I thank God everyday for that Blessing. Ms. Miller said she could do the pension but at no time did she say that was another entity I had to hire. I sold all my jewelry to pay for this divorce below cost but I did it anyway. Then she screwed up by submitting the wrong divorce decree but a work up I reminded them the Alimony was pension not cash. So, I had to tell them it's wrong. And now, after I submit my decree to Teamsters they tell me it won't work there's a whole other paper work to go along with it. At no time did she tell me or give me a referral to the right attorney for my type of divorce. I have no money and now I have to come up with more money. She got her 1k+ what does it matter to her!

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment, and Lexi who answers the phone is super nice when says I can absolutely expect a call back. 3 times today.... never heard back. Thank you for wasting 2 weeks and a whole dedicated day of my time.

I initially talked to Kaitlyn about guardianship of my granddaughter I unfortunately could not afford an attorney at the time. I represented myself an was awarded permanent guardianship of her until 18, now parents want her and hired attorneys. So I contacted Kaitlyn again in hopes she can help me. Set of appointment to talk.

She was very helpful and gave me great advice. Although my situation wasn't a "simple" case, she recommended someone who would be able to help me with through it all.

Doesn't return calls or emails. Was not helpful. Went with someone else who cared more about the cause then the money.
