I have worked alongside Theresa and her team for some time now and they are always so nice. They are some of the most hardworking individuals too. I would trust them in any situation and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their help.

I was living a horrible nightmare having been falsely accused of a crime. I contacted Ristenpart and she started right away working on my case. She and her team quickly uncovered evidence and a witness the police "forgot" to mention in their reports which exonerated me completely. The whole case was dismissed immediately by the judge. She is by far the best.

Worst experience I ever had. She is representing my husband. We paid her $17,000 of $20,000. We fell behind on our payments due to the loss of my job. She told my husband that trial would be $1500 per day and she anticipated it being 5 days. $7500+$3000 is $10,500. Long story short: I paid her $4090, plus another $1700 towards trial. (I also sent her some flowers, to which she never called or emailed to say thank you). She then withdrew from the case because I was "rude" to her front desk staff. I am not her client, my husband is. She is uncaring, not empathetic and genuinely doesn't care about you or your family.

Ristenpart Law sets the gold standard for attorneys....Anywhere! Theresa is an attorney that really cares and true to her word. My case was handled professionally and expeditiously with the best possible outcome "all warrants quashed & case dismissed". I ended up paying half of what I was originally quoted, every call I made was transferred directly to her and every communication was written by her. Theresa and her team were great from beginning to end! Her and her team were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and overall supportive/helpful. I can’t recommend her and her team enough!
