Just beginning in the process, but Theresa was understanding, knowledgable and aware of what needed to be done with a very time sensitive legal issue. Wasted 2 days with another firm that stonewalled me, but she got on it right away.

Theresa Ristenpart was exceptional at handling my case. We collaborated on producing and presenting exhibits which showed the issues involved with the case. Ultimately, the charges were dropped - the best possible outcome. I will also say, on a personal level, she is very easy to communicate with. I have zero legal experience and had never hired an attorney, but she was patient and explained the process very well. Recommended.

Theresa promised the world on a simple case, then refused to try the case when we would not accept a plea. Like many attorneys, she assured us she would take it to trial, if necessary, then did virtually nothing to advance our case. The worst thing was that she told the judge she couldn't try the case because she had a conflict. We signed an express waiver of that conflict prior to retaining her. She could not have been more unprofessional. She's a sharp gal and could have done a great job for us; she just didn't want to. We were forced to use another attorney and pay a new fee.

I would like to start off by saying I was fighting a huge Felony case. I had a lot at stake and I was very worried. I had found Theresa Ristenpart online and saw she had some amazing reviews. I decided to contact her office and see what they thought about my case. Upon first speaking with Theresa I decided to retain her, which was the best decision I could have made. She not only negotiated down all of my felonies to 2 misdemeanors but she was even able to work out a fine only deal with no probation. I have had to fight a couple cases and hands down wish Theresa had represented me on all of them. Theresa and her team had not only the best communication but were nothing but honest and professional.
