We hired Richard due to good reviews, but little digging. In the beginning Richard and his team Gloria were very responsive and knowledgeable, but upon paying in full early, mr.Davies withheld client information, declined phone calls, mistreated his client my fiancé by using derogatory language and telling him he does not like him, misrepresented documents to him, failed to file requested motions, and simply did not fight for him on a personal bias. Please do a real search on this attorney and you will see a good number of likewise reviews, he has 7 NV bar complaints/granted refunds. He needs to be debarred.

I called for help and this horrible people passed me around to three different people, were nothing but rude to me on the phone. I mean i just had an accident and im calling you for help and your employees belittle me and make me angrier after i get off the phone then i was in the beginning. horrible customer service im suprised you even have customers.
