Going Through a nasty divorce and additional custody battle I have experienced 3 different Attorneys/Law Firms. Each attorney offered something different...Tehan offered what I needed: Honesty, Trust, Heart, and Commitment. Tehan stands by her ethics and takes the higher road as she approaches each of her cases. I will always be thankful for the support and dedication she put towards my case. There isn't a bank big enough in the world that could pay her what she deserved for the time, commitment and ingenuity towards my case...my life.

I must admit my husband and I were very nervous when our hired attorney had decided to relocate out of state and informed us last minute that Mrs. Tehan Slocum would be taking over our case. Our case was very complicated, involving courts in both California and Nevada and also attorneys in both states. We were already in the middle of terminating parental rights and still needed to file for adoption once all was done. Tehan made us feel very comfortable and our fears quickly subsided. She was continually in contact with us, our California attorney and the courts. She was very caring and professional throughout our entire case. She has excellent communication skills which was so nice!! Tehan got the job done, termination of parental rights and adoption!! She continually exceeded our expectations from start to finish! She was an absolute blessing and the easiest attorney we have ever worked with. Money was never a priority for her either, her concern was always on our case and our children. I highly recommend Tehan to anyone needing any family legal assistance!

I hired Tehan to assist me with a request to relocate with my children out of state. It was important to me to work with someone that would respect my need to be fair and stick to the facts without mudslinging and fighting. She not only respected my request but showed me that her integrity wouldn't have it any other way. It was hard because I didn't know anything about what I was supposed to do but Tehan helped educate me in ways to protect myself using my rights as the father while filing endless amounts of paperwork sometimes on her own time to get my case dealt with in a timely and cost effective manner. The case was resolved with a satisfactory outcome every case is different, but she came through for me with spades. Tehan is sharp witted and will do everything in her power to help you if she is able. I would hire her again no questions asked.
