I had the privilege of taking the fertility/surrogacy course/CLE taught by Kim Surratt. Kim knows so much about these matters (especially since she drafted the legislation in Nevada for the same). Her CLE was very informative and she is a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend her class for anyone interested in learning about the fertility/surrogacy legal practice.

Divorce after 30 years. Travis Clark was phenomenal in putting together my divorce package after I was served. He listened to what I would like to see happen, we developed a game plan that he perfectly executed, working with the opposing attorney. His advise was invaluable. In the hour before seeing the judge a big last minute detail had to be worked out. it was expertly handled to my benefit.
