I have had the pleasure of working with the professional and caring staff at Surratt Law Practice during a very difficult time in my life. Rayna Brachman and her amazing staff have been so kind and understanding as they helped me navigate the divorce process. I have been so impressed with Rayna's knowledge of divorce law and her ability to apply the law to my specific circumstances. She is able to respond to important deadlines in a timely and professional manner and keep me focused on the legal process instead of the emotional nature of divorce. Mr. Clark received my case with minimal time to prepare. My wife at the time filed false claims of domestic violence against me in an effort to destroy my career out of spite. The claims were dismissed in my home state of California but she moved to Nevada to attempt to get a restraining order on me in that venue. Mr. Clark came recommended from my California Attorney. He prepared a superb representation of legal matters with only three days to prepare and prevented my wife's false claims from being entered. His professionalism and ethical stance convinced me to retain him for divorce proceedings with my wife. He managed to quickly negotiate a favorable settlement for a rapid divorce from my wife. Mr. Clark's decisiveness saved tremendous legal costs in extended divorce litigation. My ex-wife still persisted in filing an extended protection order against me despite the fact I resided in a different state. Mr. Clark continued to represent me with the same professionalism and legal acumen through the proceedings. His efforts prevented the extended protection order from being filed and and achieved the ruling that I did not commit any domestic violence against my ex-wife. Mr. Clark is professional, courteous, insightful and ethical as an attorney and a person. He quickly won my confidence in representing my case. My experience with Mr. Clark could not have gone better. I had never been in a legal situation in which I needed counsel. He was easy to speak to and was knowledgable. When I had questions for him he was easy to reach and if I needed to leave a message he was prompt in returning my call.
