My first impression of Attorney Osborne came through his Office Administrator, Krista. I needed advice on a legal matter and had no idea what I needed to do. Krista answered the phone and put me at ease immediately. After talking to Mark Osborne, I knew I was in good hands and that he would do all he could for a good outcome.....and he did! On a side note....on the way to my first meeting with him, I ran out of gas....yes I knew I was low on gas but I was running late and hoped there was more gas in the tank than the gas gauge showed.....there wasn't! First I called 911 to let them know I was stranded in the middle of the interstate, then I called Mark's office to let him know that I wouldn't be able to make the meeting. Krista answered the phone and I explained my dilemma. She told me to let the police know that a tow truck wasn't needed....she would get a gas can and bring gas to me so that I could still with Mark. Who does that??!!! My whole experience with Mark Osborne and his staff was nothing but positive....I can't thank them enough.

Attorney Shephard came highly recommended after asking for a referral from a fellow veteran. I needed defense representation for a DUI charge, but the case was more complicated than just the DUI charge alone. The night I was arrested for the DUI I had some firearms in my vehicle because it was hunting season. The police ended up confiscating those firearms. Attorney Shephard was instrumental in getting my constitutional right as well as my firearms and property returned to me. He is an excellent defense lawyer!
